Hello everyone! My name is Mia Elyse and I began this project in the summer of 2026 entering senior year in order to bring awareness to the importance of recognizing internationalism as a keystone aspect of the American dream. Immigration has always been and always will be a natural element of humankind despite the circumstances in which each immigration story may occur. While this initiative examines the beautiful stories of others, you will find bits and pieces of chapters of my own life scattered throughout my art and research as they grow and develop with me.
